The Official Muluwin Telegram Community: How to Join, What to Expect, and How to Verify It

Muluwin runs one official Telegram channel and one official support contact. This guide, published by the community itself, names both, shows how to join in about two minutes, and explains how to check that the channel in front of you is the real one.

The short answer

The official channel is @OFFICIALMULUWIN. Official support is @teacheralonabot. Both are free to join, and neither will ever ask for a password or a login code. Anything else using the Muluwin name is not run by this community.

What the official Muluwin community is

Information about a community has a habit of scattering. An announcement gets posted somewhere, forwarded twice, screenshotted, and then reposted in a chat that has no connection to the people who wrote it. By the time it reaches most readers, there is no reliable way to tell what was original and what was edited along the way.

The official Muluwin community exists to remove that guesswork. It is a single Telegram channel where announcements, notices and community posts are published first, by the people who are actually responsible for them. When something is posted there, it is first-hand. When something is not posted there, it did not come from Muluwin.

That is the whole design, and it is deliberately unambitious. One channel to read, one contact for help, and this website as the fixed reference point that tells you where both of those live.

Where the official channels live

There are exactly two addresses worth memorising. Everything else that carries the Muluwin name is either a mirror somebody made without permission, or an impersonation.

Customer support and questions @teacheralonabot t.me/teacheralonabot You and the support team

The distinction between the two matters more than it first appears. The channel is a broadcast: admins publish, everyone reads, and members cannot post. The support contact is a conversation: it is where questions belong. Readers who try to ask a question in the channel and find the message box missing have not hit a bug — they are in the right place for reading and the wrong place for asking.

How to join, step by step

Joining takes about two minutes. The steps differ slightly depending on whether Telegram is already installed.

On a phone

  1. Install Telegram from the App Store or Google Play if it is not already there, and sign in with your phone number. Install it from the store itself rather than from a link somebody sent you.
  2. Open t.me/OFFICIALMULUWIN. If the app is installed, the link hands off to it automatically. If it is not, the channel opens as a preview page in the browser with an invitation to install.
  3. Check the handle before you tap anything. Under the channel name you should see @OFFICIALMULUWIN, spelled exactly that way. Read it character by character — this is the one check that actually matters.
  4. Press Join at the bottom of the screen. The channel now appears in your chat list, and new posts arrive there.

On a desktop computer

  1. Open web.telegram.org in any browser, or install Telegram Desktop, and sign in. Signing in on the web usually means confirming from the phone that is already logged in.
  2. Paste https://t.me/OFFICIALMULUWIN into the address bar, or search for OFFICIALMULUWIN in Telegram's own search field.
  3. Confirm the handle, then click Join. Membership is tied to the account, not the device, so joining on a laptop means the channel appears on the phone as well.

Without installing anything

The channel has a public web preview. Opening t.me/s/OFFICIALMULUWIN shows recent posts in a plain browser page with no account and no installation. It is read-only and it does not notify, but it is a fair way to look before joining.

What actually gets posted

The channel is intentionally low-volume. The aim is that everything posted is worth reading, so that notifications stay meaningful rather than becoming something to mute.

Posts are edited rather than reposted when a detail changes, so the Telegram timestamp reflects when something was last touched. Scrolling the channel gives the full history in order.

How to tell the real channel from an impersonator

Any community with a recognisable name eventually attracts copies. Telegram makes the name, the description, the profile photo and the banner trivial to duplicate, so a convincing fake takes a few minutes to build. What cannot be duplicated is the handle: Telegram guarantees that @OFFICIALMULUWIN points to exactly one channel, and no second channel can hold that handle while it exists.

That single fact carries almost all of the verification burden. A short checklist:

The line that is never crossed

No Muluwin admin and no official bot will ever ask for your password, your Telegram login code, a recovery phrase, a card number or a screenshot of any of those. Telegram login codes are the most commonly targeted, because handing one over gives away the account itself. There is no situation, no verification step and no urgent problem in which the real Muluwin community needs any of them. An account that asks is an impersonator — no matter how exactly it has copied the name, the photo and the banner.

Keeping notifications useful

A channel that is joined and then muted has not really been joined. Two small settings tend to make the difference.

Getting support, and getting it faster

Questions go to @teacheralonabot. Open the link, press Start, and the chat is live.

The single biggest determinant of how quickly something gets resolved is how much is in the first message. A reply to "it is not working" can only be a question, which costs a full round trip. Including the following usually collapses several exchanges into one:

Send it as one message rather than six. Notifications fire per message, and a single complete description is easier to act on than a scattered thread.

Frequently asked questions

What is the official Muluwin Telegram channel?

It is @OFFICIALMULUWIN, at t.me/OFFICIALMULUWIN. It is the channel linked from this website, and the only one to trust for announcements and community posts.

Is joining free?

Yes. Telegram is free to install and use, and joining the channel costs nothing. Reading announcements and contacting support never require a payment.

How do I contact customer support?

Through @teacheralonabot at t.me/teacheralonabot. Press Start, then describe the issue in one message with the detail listed in the support section above.

Why can I not send messages in the channel?

Because a Telegram channel is a broadcast format — only admins can post, by design. Nothing is wrong with your account. Questions go to the support chat instead.

How do I spot a fake Muluwin channel?

Compare the handle character by character against @OFFICIALMULUWIN, and reach it by following a link from this website rather than a search result or a forwarded message. Impersonators copy the name, logo and banner freely, but the handle is unique and cannot be duplicated.

Will an admin ever ask for my password or login code?

Never. No admin and no official bot will ask for a password, a Telegram login code, a recovery phrase or card details. Any account that does is an impersonator, however convincing the branding looks.

Can I leave and rejoin later?

Yes, at any time. Open the channel, tap the title, and choose Leave channel. Because the channel is public, rejoining later is just a matter of opening the same link again. Leaving does not delete anything and does not need to be explained to anyone.

The Telegram link will not open — what now?

Usually the app is not installed, in which case t.me/s/OFFICIALMULUWIN opens the channel preview in a plain browser instead. On a network that blocks Telegram, the web preview sometimes still loads when the app does not. If neither works, try from a different network before assuming the channel is gone.
